Yoga and body work at BK Pasila


Yläkerta is a yoga studio run by ladies who love yoga and diverse ways of movement. Our studio is situated in Pasila - upstairs of a trendy bouldering center. Yläkerta offers variety of yoga and movement classes, some of them designed directly to treat the issues that passionate climbers are often familiar with. We believe that yoga and bouldering are match made in heaven - both strengthening and opening the body in complementary ways.

Our weekly schedule is based on dynamic and restorative yoga classes, designed for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Our teachers Gloria and Irinja promise to make sure that everyone can enjoy their yoga practice according to their level and needs. Our lovely instructor Rita will keep diverse movement classes designed to build strength and flexibility, for climbers and for all the people who love to move their bodies in a natural and fun way. Yläkerta has a cosy and nice atmosphere. In addition to weekly classes, we will host variety of events, courses and workshops. There will be weekend yoga courses, handstand workshops, mindfulness weekends, and many other cool things we will feel inspired to learn and practice together. Welcome to Yläkerta! P.S.
