Learn the basics of outdoor bouldering!
This course is aimed at all those climbers who want to start climbing safely on real rock. The upcoming courses are held at Taivaskallio in Käpylä where we will learn everything in practice.
With the guidance of our great professionals Ville or Tatu you'll learn how to climb outdoor safely, outdoor climbing ethics,how to read an outdoor boulder problem and the specifics of outdoor bouldering.
We have now courses for this spring:

Hello from the BK gyms!
THE NEW ORGANIC SHIRTS ARE HERE! The gorgeous shirts have arrived at the gyms, go grab yours from the shelf or order from the webshop!
There is no routesetting this week, because the setters are holidaying, but there is plenty to climb at the gyms! Now is also a good time to test the training walls if you need new challenges! Due to the holiday week, there will be no Training Group in Espoo or Pasila on Tuesday. Wednesday's group is held normally! Thursday's group is cancelled due to May Day celebrations! (EDIT: text previously stated that the group on Thursday is held normally).
A few places have become available for coaching! So now is a good time to contact the coaching team and agree on summer training! Boulderkeskus coaching team will provide you with an individual training plan for the summer (or even longer!). The plan is built to meet your own needs, goals and time resources. If necessary, the plan can take into account relaxed outdoor climbing and summer cottage trips - we have tools to make the workout work in a wide range of conditions. BK Flash will host the Finnish Championships for U11/13/15 age groups on 26 May, when the Flash side will not be available and part of BK Espoo's walls will also be reserved for the final routes. We will post more information about the use of the gyms closer to the competition. You can find more about the competitions here.
Climbing summer camps!
Summer camps are coming again! This summer, camps are available in BK Espoo, Lauttasaari Kino, BK Konala and Herttoniemi. As a novelty, there will also be a three-day camp in August, just before the start of school!

Upcoming courses
Groups
BK Climbers junior groups climb weekly in Boulderkeskus' gyms until the end of May. More info on the groups and BK Climbers can be found on the BKC's website www.bkclimbers.com.
The gyms are occasionally visited by school groups, birthday parties and other groups. If you are coming with a large group, please contact the gym by phone or emailing info@boulderkeskus.com.
