Are you looking for a fun, guided climbing group with no pressure? You're in luck!
BK's weekly Training Groups are designed for climbers just like you! We begin by warming up thoroughly after which we will start climbing the boulder problems you wish to tackle. The coach will recommend and challenge you to climb problems, give technique advice and cheer you on. Climbing in a group makes solving problems more fun and is a great learning experience. The training session will end with a cool down, some stretches and mobility exercises. Training session takes about two hours.
The Training Groups are for climbers who are not interested in having serious training objectives but are seeking guidance, structure and company for their climbing sessions. All levels of climbers are most welcome!
