Do you need inspiration for your own training or do you have goals for an upcoming trip but need help achieving them? We can help you improve your climbing!
Our coaching team will give you the tools to test your strengths and weaknesses and will support and cheer you on so that you can get closer to achieving your goals.
During the training season, you will receive a training plan in 4 week periods.
In your personal training plan, we take into account your assessment results, your life situation and your training opportunities. If necessary, we can modify your training plan during the training season. Your coach will monitor your training and your climbing development with you, so that you will definitely get everything out of your training plan and see progress!
If you are not yet an annual member of Boulderkeskus, we want to make your training easier by offering 24/7 access to all BK gyms for the duration of the training at a special price of an additional 50€/month.
