The buyer gets an order confirmation for bought products immediately after a successful purchase to the email address given by the buyer. In case the confirmation does not arrive within six hours, the buyer must immediately inform Boulderkeskus, so that we can look into the matter.
All prices include VAT if applicable.
Transport or delivery fees are not included in prices. Especially freight overseas is always calculated manually.
A delivery fee according to the delivery method chosen, is always added on to the purchase price. When possible, the price is given during the order process. Otherwise we'll contact you via email to agree the delivery cost separately.
In clear cases of pricing errors or system fault, we reserve the right to correct the price of a sold product, when the error is so obvious that the error clearly separates from the common line of pricing and is so significant that it should have risen to the attention of the buyer. For example if a crash pads normal price is 400€ and it appears online with the price of 100€ or even 0€, the difference is obvious and noticeable.

The right to return a service or goods
All products sold have a full right of return according to consumer law for 14 days. This day starts counting from the day after the date of purchase. .
Making a refund is free directly at the shops and it requires that the product is returned unused and in it's original packaging, wih all orginal tags in place and in case of a product seal, the seal must be unbroken. If you are about to return a product, for a smooth process of return, start byt contacting palautukset(at)boulderkeskus.com.
When you contact us, in your message give the number of the receipt and/or order, the reason for refund and the account number for the refund. Possible refunds are paid within 31 days of receiving the refunded product or in case of service from the date when the claim has been accepted.
Also attach a copy of the receipt, invoice or order confirmation.
Not picking up an order is not the same as a return. A product not picked up is considered a purchase. We hold products for a month.
A customer is responsible for the costs of a refund, return or exchange of products. Remember that these matters can always be taken care of easiest at our gyms.
