The super popular Training Groups in Pasila and Espoo start their autumn season on the first week of September!
Both training groups start on Tuesday September 2nd, check the details below!

What does the training session include?
Are you looking for a fun, guided climbing group with no pressure? You're in luck! BK's weekly Training Groups are designed for climbers just like you!
We begin by warming up thoroughly after which we will start climbing the boulder problems you wish to tackle. The coach will recommend and challenge you to climb problems, give technique advice and cheer you on. Climbing in a group makes solving problems more fun and is a great learning experience. The training session will end with a cool down, some stretches and mobility exercises. Training session takes about two hours.
You can join the Training Group for a whole season or for a single session now and then! See all the info below.
The Training Groups are for climbers who are seeking guidance, structure and company for their climbing sessions. All levels of climbers are most welcome!
Espoo Tuesday Training Group info (English and French speaking group)
- On Tuesdays at BK Espoo from 17.30 to 19.30
- The group starts in the first week of September 2nd and ends on December 16th
- The group will not be meeting during the autumn holiday week 13.10.2025 - 17.10.2025.
- A total of 15 times
- Price: 12€ / time + normal entrance fee
- The whole season can be bought for 156€ / season (plus entrance fees)
- Sign up by calling BK Espoo: 050 443 2340, sending an email to espoo@boulderkeskus.com or by registering at the cashier before the start of the training session.

Pasila Tuesday Training Group Info (English speaking group)
- On Tuesdays at BK Pasila from 17.00 to 19.00 and from 19.00 to 21.00
- The group starts on the first week of September 2.9. and end on December 16th
- The group will not be meeting during the autumn holiday week on 13.10.2025 - 17.10.2025.
