Personal coaching GOLD (3 months +)

The basis of the personal training plan tailored to you and your needs is a comprehensive Lattice Board assessment. We will review your assessment results right after the testing session and discuss your goals. Based on the assessment results and initial data, a personalized training plan will be written up for goal-oriented training. The plan is flexible and can be updated throughout the duration of the training plan if needs for changes arise, such as climbing trips and outdoor projects. Once a month, you get to train with your personal coach. During these sessions, you’ll go over the exercises of the plan, do technique exercises and guided strength exercises. Your coach is available to you throughout the training period when you need support and help to develop as a climber. When your coaching has lasted more than 6 months, an intermediate assessment will be included in your coaching period, so that your coaching program can be adjusted according to your development.

Coaching content

  • Lattice Board assessment at the beginning of the cycle
  • Evaluating the test results and reviewing them in relation to the goals of the climbers
  • Individual, goal-oriented training plan for comprehensive training (warm-ups, performance abilities, technique, conditioning) in 3 month periods for the entire coaching season based on test results, taking into account the climber's objectives and other related factors
  • Updating plans flexibly according to the climber's needs, life situation and development whenever necessary
  • Personal training sessions with he coach once a month: going through training plan exercises, technique and strength training according to the abilities and goals of the climber
  • Personal coach available throughout the coaching period
  • Active monitoring of the climber's development and training during the whole training period

Pricing

  • Personal coaching: 3 months for 135€/month, 4 months and onward for 120€/month
  • Unlimited training opportunity for coaching clients at every BK gym for an additional 36€/month
  • Member discount: BK Climbers -5%, Collective member -10%, BK Climbers + BK Collective -15%
  • Group discount: -10% (3-6 people). The GOLD personal coaching plan is possible to be planned for a small group of 3 to 6 people. Get a group together and reserve an appointment! The training plan is in that case the same for the whole group.
