The orange ball is suitable for deep trigger points and persons who have above average muscle mass. Armaid's most extreme 2.5" ball hones right in on the trigger points buried way down in your muscles.
The black roll is suitable for people who have low muscle mass or climber's suffering from a forearm pump. The black roll is a gentle and soft roller for these uses. Its foam piece tenderly strokes your arm during circulatory massage or while removing excess cellular fluid ("pump").
The grey roll is best for tendinitis rehab. Its three rubber 1" balls are soft enough to give around bones and not be too hard on the thin sheathing around your tendons in the wrist and elbow.
The Armaid Yellow Roller attachment is perfect for targeting deeper trigger points that the White Roller might miss. Its slightly larger center ball (1.25"/3,18mm) is designed to reach the middle layers of your arm muscles, making it an essential tool for effective circulatory and trigger point massage therapy.
