August is still a summer month, but for most of us everyday life begins. So it does for Boulderkeskus where the junior groups start their training and the swallow chicks have flown from their nests from the entrance to BK Espoo!
To cheer you up during the end of holidays, we put on a proper summer sale! Read more below!
BK CUP at Pasila on the 18.8.
August BK CUP will be competed at the good old Pasila gym on Friday 18.8. Welcome to compete and hang out with friends starting from 18.00! You can sign up to the competition via the Problemator web app.
BK CUP is a competition open to everyone, where annual members compete for free and other climbers for a small fee of 10 euros (+ entrance fee)! The prizes are epic: the best will win an annual membership and great prizes will be drawn among all participants!

Everyone is welcome - you don't have to be an experienced competition champion to participate: these comps are a great way to increase your competition experience and get to know the world of competitive climbing in a relaxed way. Participating is also a great way to get to know fellow climbers!
BK Herttoniemi’s gym is getting an update
The upstairs gym in Herttoniemi is getting a fresh new look and some new exercise machines. You can now find at the gym, amongst other things, a lat pulldown machine and a squat rack. Some new goodies are still on their way, so keep tuned! Welcome to train!
Junior groups are back at the gym starting from August 14th
The climbing groups of BK Climbers will start on August 14th at BK Espoo, Herttoniemi, Konala and Lauttasaari. There are still a few places available in the groups! Check the groups' schedules on the BKC website.
The end-of-summer discounts have started at BK Shops!
Now, if ever, you should go shopping at BK shops because the summer sales have started! All Moon shoes are 30% off, as are Chillaz's lovely clothes and Scarpa's super shoe Arpia! BD's favorite Notion pant for women is also -20%! You can find discount products from all our gyms and also in the webshop. Come and get yours for the fall season.
Upcoming courses
Currently, the course calendar is still being updated. In addition to the bouldering basics courses, there will soon also be technique courses available. Private coaching is available all the time!
