BK Cup 4/2023 at BK Espoo on 14.4.
The next comp, BK Cup, will be on April 14th at BK Espoo. The comp starts at 18.00.
BK CUP is a competition open to everyone, where annual members compete for free and other climbers for a small fee of 10 euros (+ entrance fee)! The prizes are epic: the best will win an annual membership and great prizes will be drawn among all participants! More information about the comp and registration available here.
Everyone is welcome - you don't have to be an experienced competition champion to participate: these comps are a great way to increase your competition experience and get to know the world of competitive climbing in a relaxed way. Participating is also a great way to get to know fellow climbers!

The super popular How to 7A -training course is back!
The four-part small group coaching happens at BK Espoo on four consecutive Mondays from 8.5. to 22.5. at 18.00-20.00. Coaching is by our excellent head coach Timo Peltola. You can take part even if you have climbed a few 7As or if even a 6C feels like still far away - we assure you that this coaching will bring you forward. During the meet-ups, you'll learn what systematic training for climbing is, how to improve your climbing technique and mental skills and a lot more! Everyone's personal level and skills will be taken into consideration. Sign up now!
Rent a crash pad from BK!
Interested in outdoor bouldering but don't have a crash pad of your own? No worries, we have you covered! Boulderkeskus and Padadise crash pad rental service have joined their forces so that you can rent some quality crash pads from BK gyms!
You can rent one or several crash pads for the date(s) of your choice and you can pick it up at the BK gym of your choosing. Read more here.

Groups
BK Climber’s junior groups are climbing on weeknights in Espoo, Herttoniemi, Konala and Kino in Lauttasaari from 9.1. onward. Check out the groups’ schedule here. More info on the groups and BK Climbers can be found on the new website www.bkclimbers.com.
