La Sportiva Shoe Demo at Espoo on Wed 30.10.
La Sportiva’s shoe demo day is arriving at BK Espoo on Wednesday 30.10. from 4pm onwards! You’ll then be able to try on the climbing wall the brand new and special Ondra Comp as well as other great models such as Kubo, Solution, Theory and Skwama.
In honor of the arrival of the new show, La Sportiva’s t-shirts will be on a 20% discount from 28.10. until 3.11.2024 in BK shops and webshop!
Halloween party and costume party at Pasila on Fri 1.11.

Father’s Day offer and gift ideas!

How to 7A is here again!
Super popular How to 7A coaching starts again in November. How to 7A is a four-time coaching in a small group, where you practice training and delve into the most important techniques and tactics. In the coaching we also take into account everyone's personal climbing qualities!
"The coaching provided a good structure for my own training: ideas on what kind of things to pay attention to so that my own development continues," described one of the participants of the How to 7A coaching.
Course dates:
Mondays 11.11., 18.11., 25.11., 2.12.
Time: 18.00 - 20.00
Location: BK Herttoniemi
Price: 285 €
Our experienced coach Heikki Kyllönen, who is also part of our routesetting team and has coached both adults and juniors, is going to coach you on this How to 7A course. The coaching will be held in Finnish.

BK CUP 15.11. @ BK ESPOO
The end is in sight! The second to last competition of 2024 is upon us - come and join! November’s comp is at BK Espoo from 18.00 onwards. Competition time ends at midnight. Register at the cashier no later than 21.00, if you wish to compete! Further information on BK CUP can be found here.
BK Flash closed 7. - 9.11. + children’s climbing competition Kuomaboulder on 9.11.
Boulderkeskus in cooperation with BK Climbers organizes a children's Kuomaboulder climbing competition on Saturday 9.11.2024!
Due to the competition and its routesetting, BK Flash will be closed to the public on Friday 8th (whole day) and Saturday 9th of November until 4pm. On Thursday 7th, only the ValoMotion game wall is available for use.
The competition can be attended by mini juniors (born in 2015 or younger), D-juniors (born in 2013-2014) and C-juniors (born in 2011-2012). There is room for 25 participants in each category. The competitions are held in the excellent children's gym at BK Flash in Espoo.
Kuomaboulder is a children's bouldering competition open to everyone - not only for members of the junior groups or those who have competed before, but for everyone in the age group! Come and try out competition climbing - and above all come and have fun! Further information can be found here.
